How do tours work for a home listed as Coming Soon?

Coming Soon homes aren’t ready for tours just yet—someone may still be living there, or we may be finishing updates and inspections to make sure everything is move-in ready for you. As soon as that work is done, we’ll open the home for tours and share available move-in timing. Want to get a head start? You can apply and reserve the home with a hold fee.
