How much income do you need to qualify for an Oak Ridge home?

To qualify for one of our homes, your total gross household income should be around 3x the monthly rent. If you’re a little short, you can add one guarantor to support your application—your guarantor should earn at least 4x the monthly rent. Not sure what fits your budget?
