How far back do you look at criminal history when I apply?
Updated recently
When you apply, we review any criminal history that’s available to us. In many cases, a felony conviction within the past six years can affect approval, depending on local laws and requirements. Felony convictions related to sex offenses or terrorism may affect approval no matter how long ago they happened. If you’d like to talk through your situation, reach out to our team—we’re happy to help you understand your next steps.
