I’ve been approved, but I can’t sign the hold agreement or pay the hold fee within 48 hours—can I have a little more time?
Updated recently
We get it—life gets busy. To keep things moving fairly for everyone, we need your signed hold agreement and hold fee within 48 hours of approval. If we don’t receive both in that window, we’ll make the home available again so others can apply. If it’s still available, you can reapply within 30 days. After 30 days, you’ll need to submit a new application. Reach out and we’ll help you with next steps.
