Can you apply for a home before it’s ready to move in?
Updated recently
Yes! If a home is still being updated and inspected, we list it as “Coming Soon.” These homes are usually ready for move-in within about 30–45 days. You’re welcome to apply right away, and once you’re approved, we can hold the home for you when you pay the hold fee. Next step: check the listing for the “Coming Soon” label and review our application process for details.
