How do you apply for a home with Oak Ridge Property Management?

Applying is easy! Start on the home’s listing page and click “Apply Now.” You’ll set up an application account and submit everything online. There’s a non-refundable $50 application fee for each applicant age 18 or older (fees may vary by location). Most applications take under 10 minutes, and you can save yours and come back anytime.
