How do I sign my lease with Oak Ridge?
Updated recently
After you’re approved, we’ll connect with you to confirm the details—your move-in date, lease term, and any pets. When your new home is almost ready and everything is set, we’ll email your lease through DocuSign to the address you used on your application. Just follow the on-screen steps to review and sign. Don’t see it? Check spam, then reach out—we’re happy to help.
