How do you reach us in the mobile app for questions that aren’t maintenance-related?

In the Resident Center mobile app, you can send us a quick note by creating a General Inquiry. Tap “Requests” in the navigation bar, or choose “Create Request” from the + menu. Select “General Inquiry” for things like your account, your lease, parking, and more. Add a subject, share details, attach photos or documents if helpful, and submit. You can track updates anytime from your dashboard or the Requests page.
