How can you reach us with a general (non-maintenance) question?

For general questions that aren’t maintenance-related, you can send us a quick General Inquiry in your resident portal. Go to **Requests** in the menu, or tap **Create Request** from the **+** on your dashboard. Choose **General Inquiry**, add a clear subject (like “Parking question”), and share the details—photos or documents help, too. After you submit, you can track updates and message us right from the request.
