What is the Resident Center?

Resident Center is your one-stop place to manage your new home—from applying and moving in to everything that comes after. Once you apply and get approved, you can log in to view your communication preferences, lease details, and payment history. Depending on how your home is managed, you may also be able to pay online, submit maintenance requests, purchase renters insurance, and set up on-time payment reporting. Need help getting in?
